This Privacy Policy explains how Marilah Solutions ("Marilah Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use our website, Marilah POS, Marilah Customer Account, Parkinglah and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Marilah Solutions provides the unified account and related services for participating products, including Marilah POS and Parkinglah. Participating products may make Marilah Customer Account available within their services.
Google Sign-In and Marilah Customer Account
QR ordering pages for participating merchants may use *.marilah.com subdomains. Customers may choose to sign in to a Marilah Customer Account with Google; authentication is handled at auth.marilah.com, after which the customer is returned to the merchant page they were visiting.
We use only the basic Google OAuth sign-in scopes—openid, email and profile—to receive the name, email address, verified-email status and unique account identifier supplied by Google. We use this information only to create, authenticate, secure and manage a Marilah Customer Account and its sign-in session. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or content from other Google services. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalised advertising, or use it to train generalised/non-personalised AI or machine-learning models.
To make membership features available on the merchant page a customer is visiting, we may provide that merchant's service with the necessary membership account identifier and membership status. We do not share Google user data for advertising or data-broker purposes.
